A really good item for instant cold therapy, used three times the week after purchase. Stays colder much longer than estimated. Will definitely buy again when stock runs low.

I found these easy to "pop" to release the coldness which was an important thing when awaking in the middle of the night with severe toothache. Provided a really good ice level to help relieve/numb the pain. Easy to carry in my bag as well because whilst a decent size, they are not too big. I would definitely recommend both for toothache and other uses. My daughter fell over and bumped her cheek, it was handy to have one of these in my bag and just wrapped a spare top around it to apply to her cheek.

These really do help to ease a number of ailments. I used mine to place on a bruised shoulder blade. I also used them to calm down the pain in my leg caused by surgery. I was in hospital for 6 weeks and bedridden so these ice packs were ideal for my situation. However there is one design fault that the designers really should consider changing. The corners of the ice pack can feel very sharp on sensitive and bruised skin. They are very pointed. The corners need to be rounded off. I have rounded off all of mine and they feel so much better to use. They are a great product if you are in a situation where you need an ice pack but unable to retrieve one from the freezer Good value for money and if it helps to ease your pain, then I would consider them priceless

I suffer with POTS, MCAS, HEDS, and more, so struggling in the heat and with constant pain is exhausting. This product is SO easy to use, and the relief is INSTANT! It was a little daunting having to actively pop an inner bag, but it doesn't take much force, so that works in your favour if like me you struggle with grip and dislocations. I bought a box of 25 to take with me when I go camping at LARP, and will make sure to have a few stashed in my walker and my wheelchair. Will absolutely be a repeat customer, and have shared this product with my parents who are so thankful for the relief. We will be buying the 50 count boxes going forwards. The only drawback is of course that they are disposable, however that is a compromise I am willing to make in the name of health and safety being as accessible as this.

I have endometriosis and migraines I use I've packs daily in abdomen and head but I needed something I could use while travelling abroad etc These are now part of my tool box and for the price it's a win They stay cold for a good enough time 10 solid mins 15solid mins I'd say Shake - Fold - Shake

Absolutely love using these for my heat intolerance for my chronic illnesses! Super handy to keep by your bedside to then shake and snap when you need a quick cool down! I used one recently for a bad pots episode and it definitely helped. Will probably be useful for panic attacks too, very cold! It doesn’t last ages but I got them to last a good while sometimes! I even put some in fridge for reuse. Perfect size to keep in a small bag and take out too.

I find these ice packs waste of money as I couldn’t really feel the coldness against my foot than was injured. And the pack didn’t stay cold for very long. Sizing is great and they are easy to use though.

Easy to use, gets good and cold. My toddler asks for ice packs after every little bump, so these are great to have on hand for soccer and other outdoor activities.

Nous avons pris ce moyen de soin à la place de bombe froide pour notre club de taekwondo. Ces sachets sont incroyablement efficaces. Simple d'utilisation, procure du froid plus longtemps qu'une bombe froide. Associé à une paumade Arnica et le choc disparait rapidement. La récupération après la blessure dure moins longtemps car les premiers soins sont appliqués très rapidement. Je valide et recommanderai si besoin. Si le choc est plus grand que la zone du sachet, nous pouvons utiliser 2 sachets pour couvrir la zone. Mais ce cas ne s'est pas produit chez nous car nos chocs sont très ciblées. Merci

Ich habe im Rahmen diverser sportlicher Tätigkeiten (sowohl als Athlet als auch als Trainer) immer mal wieder mit leichten oder etwas schwereren Verletzungen zu tun. Und nahezu jede Verletzung ist damit verbunden, dass alles um die verletzte Stelle herum anschwillt...man kennt es. Das Knie verdreht, den Fuß umgeknickt, das Handgelenk gestaucht usw. usw. Eine schnelle Kühlung (und andere Maßnahmen) ist daher wichtig, schon allein aus physischer Sicht dass die Schwellung entweder gar nicht erst auftritt oder wenigsten gemindert wird. Aber auch für die Psyche, nach dem ersten Schock nach dem kleinen oder großen Unglück, ist Kälte an der richtige Stelle wichtig. Es beruhigt die Nerven, weil es physische Linderung verschafft aber auch dem Hirn vermittelt, dass man dem Körper etwas gutes tut. Daher sind diese Kühlpacks (wie ich sie nenne) ein ständiger Begleiter. Und ich meine wirklich ständig! In meiner Sporttasche sind immer 4 Stück, in meinem Alltagsrucksack sind 4 Stück, im Auto habe 8 Stück und den Rest des Kartons natürlich daheim. Die Kühlpack sind leicht zu bedienen und kühlen sehr gut und insgesamt recht lange. Andere Hersteller habe ich schon ausprobiert, die zwar besser finde, weil sie größer sind, aber bis man den inneren Beutel kaputt gemacht hat, um das Kühlpack zu aktivieren, muss teilweise erhebliche Kraft aufgewandt werden. Nicht so bei diesen Packs hier. Sie sind zwar klein (siehe Fotos), aber das macht sie eigentlich umso perfekter, weil man sie überall unterbringen kann, sie leicht zu bedienen sind und sehr gut kühlen. Ich möchte sie auf gar keinen Fall missen.
