I've given 4 stars based on performance, design, comfortability. 4 stars for performance: I have a severe chemo rash which causes my skin to burn and itch severly. The mask cools it down and eases the pain straight away. I do think it turns warm quite fast. I'm happy it with the other parts, especially the circle shaped pads. 3 stars for design: I love the feeling of the gel on my skin. Unfortunately the holes are way too narrow, and the edges of the holes and outline are way too sharp. 3 stars for comfortability: due to the small holes and sharp edges it doesn't sit comfortably and I end up holding it and moving it around my face to still benefit from the cooling effect. If the holes (especially nose hole) could be widened and the edges could be softened I'd 5-star the product.

Very impressive I have Gaint cell arterial and with steroids treatment suffer sleep deprivation. Which gives me sore puffy eyes headache this is very soothing and help with headache and puffiness seems to reduced will make it a daily ritual.

Honestly I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. Recent had jaw surgery and a lot of face swelling, this is helping a lot, I love how there is a bag that can also go in the freezer and keeps it cool when out. Great product, easy to use, perfect for everyday use or healing.

Il contient plusieurs éléments : un masque complet pour le visage, des patchs pour les yeux, un masque anti-cernes… Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre après une longue journée. Je les mets au réfrigérateur avant utilisation et l’effet froid est immédiat : ça décongestionne, apaise, soulage les tensions, et franchement, c’est ultra agréable. Le masque intégral épouse bien le visage et reste en place, les patchs yeux sont parfaits contre les poches ou cernes, et j’adore la sensation qu’ils procurent.
