slightly wet feet after all day walking
They are plushy and comfortable. With an attractive aesthetic. And for the most part avoided smelly feet. But they left my feet wet and smelling after I wore them all day long in Edinburgh. I would opt for the Darn Tough Men's Light Hiker Micro Crew Lightweight with Cushion Sock (Style 1972). Those socks are AMAZING.

Best Socks I've Owned
Numerous hikers highly recommended this brand to me. I was highly suspicious paying $20+ for one pair of socks, but put in an order for a pair due to the great feedback. Tried them out on a 92° 10 mile hike and fell in love with them. The cushion of the sock helps your boots grip your feet without unnecessary tension and make your feet feel less beat up. The moisture wicking works better than imagined, no soaked sweety wet feet after a few miles in the heat. Surprisingly the socks have LIFETIME WARRANTY as well. Ended up purchasing 4 more pairs for hiking across the Grand Canyon. Overall: Best sock investment I've ever made in my life. Highly recommend them for hiking.

You get what you pay for! As a diabetic, I highly recommend their socks. High quality, high comfort and the merino wool keeps my feet warm. The only critique is the higher price.
