This is EYE makeup remover that, if you get it in your eyes,burns like heck. Seems like a really basic problem that should be fairly easily solved before you tell people to put this near their eyes. Doesn't do a great job removing makeup either.

I had purchased this once before and absolutely loved it. It does everything the positive reviews says. I ordered another when my first bottle was done. After about 6 weeks post-delivery I discovered white gunk floating, which did not appear in my first bottle. Completely unsanitary and unhygienic whatever the hell this is. I called Amazon and a specialist was able to refund me even though I was outside the return window. I’m sure this was a one off defective bottle hence why the knocked off stars

Great product! Removes eye make-up without stinging your eyes. The ingredients are not harmful to your eyes.
