Works!
I know this is primarily an oral analgesic, but I choose to use it on those painful, and then itchy insect bites. If you look at the ingredients of the more expensive spray applications to soothe insect bites, this has the same ingredient. Works!

Pain is gone in 5 minutes or less
Had a very bad tooth, and the dentist couldn’t get me in for a week used this and within 5 minutes the pain was gone used three times a day until my appointment. Will keep on hand.

Great product for me! Does not burn my gums like the competitor's product! I have dentures and from time to time have small sores which this product works great
