We absolutely love the Melissa & Doug Poke-A-Dot Books and honestly can’t recommend them enough. I have multiple toddlers in my home and every single one who comes over is immediately drawn to these books — they all want to pop the dots and “read” along. Our one year old loves this book. She plays with it every night flipping through pushing all the pop buttons. The book is heavy and pretty big. It teaches them to count. Worth it.

We own several different Poke‑a‑Dot books, and the Old MacDonald version is just as high quality as the others. My granddaughter absolutely loves going through the pages and popping all the dots over and over again. It keeps her engaged every single time. We’ve even made little games out of it — counting the dots, finding specific animals, or popping certain colors. It turns into a fun mix of learning and play, and she never gets tired of it. If your child enjoys interactive books, this one is a fantastic addition to the collection.

My toddler loves the book and buttons are entertaining. The buttons sadly don’t always work. With first purchase, 7 of them did not work, so we exchanged it for a new one. This one has only 1 button not working, so I decided to let it be. The exchange was very easy though.

This book is so cute, I can't wait for my little one to read and play with it! I am a little disappointed that it came a bit damaged, wish that they "had" to ship in a box. It came in just an Amazon bag with another large item. But over all I think it's going to be so fun and educational!

These are the best books! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gift for a 1-3 year old. My 6 year old daughter still enjoys it when it gets chosen as a bedtime story.

Help your child with the book especially if they are younger as it’s really heavy. My 17 month old enjoyed popping the dots. Hopefully when he’s older, he can use it to learn counting or simply enjoy the story.

This is my daughter’s favourite by far, she got it when she was 15 months and absolutely loves it. She plays with the book by herself and we read and sing together as well as count the animals. I bet this will be one of those very long lasting toys!

Great book!! I’m sure my baby will love it. Some of the poppers don’t work properly but that’s not a big issue as they are mostly fine! Would definitely recommend it.
