The Taste of Spain
The taste is great. The smell of a Spanish meson which I never forget. The price is per quality and quantity is exceptional.

Good for this Mexican
I chose this product as a cheaper one I had recently purchased off of Amazon. I love that the casing peels off easily by scoring long ways and cutting the ends. It’s not as flavorful as the previous brand. I would buy it again. I just slice it and fry in the frying pan. Some people mentioned about boiling it, which I’ve never heard of. It’s a smoked meat like pepperoni so technically it doesn’t need to be cooked. I think they boiled it because they thought it was a raw ground meat sausage, which would be Mexican chorizo. Spanish chorizo is, like I said a smoked meat.
