Audiovox D7121ESK Car DVD Player - 7" LCD - 16:9

We only put these in our vehicle when we go on long trips, so they get very minimal use. I got them in August 2014. On the way home from Family's house at Christmas, they stopped working (2nd screen does not work). I have trouble shot this many times and it is definitely the product and not the way that I am hooking it up. Hugely disappointed, and cannot afford to replace them right now.Their warranty is only 90 days. I think that says it all. They don't even believe in their own product. 90 days? If you are not willing to guarantee your product for more than 3 months, I am not interested in doing business with you. Wish I had paid more attention to this at purchase, but have honestly had decent luck with this manufacturer in the past. Never dreamt that they would go out this quickly. Will not be purchasing from this company who is not willing to stand behind their products.I did try to find help on their website, but it seems like it purposely sends you in circles rather than making it easy to find the help that you need.
