Wasn't exact match!
Was the night exact match to the one I removed, I used a YouTube video to switch them out. Tools provided were helpful.

Good item
Next morning shipping didn't happen like it was supposed to but the item worked well. The tools are not completely useless like others have stated. Changed out in 10 minutes and does fast charge. Would buy again.

Everything you need except heat gun or hair dryer.
Had all the tools needed to swap out. Product came in 2 days which was sooner than any appointmet to get part replaced, (they would probably have to order part anyway.Jump on internet and look for "how to replace charging port on Samsung Galaxy Note 9". Takes about an hour just be careful back glass is very fragile and the suction cup method doesn't really work good, use the small flat head to pry open just a little bit for the "guitar picks", I broke my back glass around the camera/fingerprint sensor. Use a good hair dryer or heat gun on the adhesive.

Charges extremely slow, no fast charging; not recognized by PC to transfer or Back-Up Data
The connection on my old port wore out, therefore needed to be replaced.... This new one charges VERY SLOW (Like overnight). Also, phone is no longer recognized by other devices to transfer data through this connection. I now have to remove SD card to transfer Data. It was not difficult to install however, it does not work correctly.
