LOVE this stuff. I recently moved into a new apartment where the previous owners had a dog that they didn’t clean up after. So even after removing the carpets and cleaning there was still a lingering “pet smell” around the baseboards and in all the cracks and crevices. Enter KOE. I mixed up the concentrate with water in a spray bottle and got into all the little cracks. I did have to spray a couple times but WOW. It really took care of that lingering smell. And the “clean” scent smells exactly like fresh laundry! Its divine. It’s a very mild scent that almost completely disappears once the area is dry, but leaves behind pure freshness. The bottle looks quite small, but it goes a very long way. You only need a tiny amount of concentrate to mix with water so it lasts a long time. As someone who is VERY protective of her cat, I’m so happy that this is a safe product I can use to freshen up my space without fear. (It does have linalool in the ingredients, but when properly diluted it is safe for cats). It even has a super convenient bottle that has a little measuring compartment to make mixing a breeze. Very worth the price tag in my opinion. It’s so effective and lasting. And I can use it around my pets without worry. Highly recommend. :)

Before i buy this product i read all the reviews so i give a try. When i buy this product , its really amazed me, its remove the urine odor of my dog, I’ve tried many diy solution but didn’t work, but in this product its really removed the odor. For sure i will buy again

I am revising my review. At first glance I was impressed. My cat pee'd on my Costco cold storage bag. I wiped it off and sprayed liberally with a more than double strength batch of KOE. I hung it outside to dry. It removed the stain and it passed the first sniff test. Then we replaced it in the car. Went shopping. Left the bags in the car by accident. When we opened that car all you could smell was cat pee. It surely did not withstand the full Aussie heat test. I treated it again, soaking this time. I will test it on my next shop trip. If anything changes, I will come and revisit this review. Also, I smell pee in my laundry again and the laundry was closed after I washed the floor with KOE. So I know it is not fresh pee. The small area did heat up as no aircon reached it. Heat after treatment seem to bring it back at this point.
