Does this fit a big and tall?

No this wouldn't be a good fit for a big man but would work for a tall man. The costume is supposed to be loose and gather so unless you purchase an appropriate size 2,3,4 x it will fit tight and the belt doesn't stretch so you won't be able to wear it.
