So to own this alarm you need a subscription, how much a year will it cost me?

You don’t actually need a subscription to own this alarm. It comes with a free trial but essentially, the subscription simply covers the 4G element of the alarm. This means that if your WiFi goes down, the system can still send alerts. However, if you choose not to subscribe, the alarm will still work as a standalone system and provided your WiFi doesn’t go down, will still send alerts. Hope that makes sense!

Hi, will this work if it’s connected to a Wi-Fi dongle with a data sim in rather than my wired fibre broadband ?

Don’t see why it wouldn’t. As long as it’s got enough data and good speed. If it looses its broadband it’s got a 4g sim backup anyway. (If it’s activated)

Can the floodlight camera be wired to mains

Yes, it need yo be connected to main for continuous operation

Does the 4g card work outside the uk? also what is the cost for using the 4g option and aslo the cloud app?

I’m sure 4g card works outside UK. I think 4g sim storage and the cloud app are on subscription after initial 1 month free period ( option to subscribe). I haven’t got subscription, so wouldn’t know much
