I had some longer bands like this, but needed some of these smaller 9" ones to do Beachbody's upcoming 80 Day Obsession program. I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great. All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin). As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily. This is a nice set, and I just wish it came with a bag to store the loops in.

I use the blue one for glute med activation. The could be wider for more comfort when I put them above my knees, they cut in a little.

Wife loves this set, and she puts them to work. No sign of wear or stretching beyond capability.
