I have really bright, blue hair I need to cover once - would this provide natural coverage and rinse out w/o staining or altering the blue? Thanks!

My hair is currently (supposedly temporary) red and blue, and it subdues those colors, but does not cover them completely. You'll still be able to tell your hair is blue. It only alters the surface (doesn't penetrate hair), then washes out with the next shampoo.

What if I sweat during the night, will my pillowcases end up dyed? If I sweat during day, will rinse drip down my skin and clothes.

I have used this for years (maybe 35) and never had any marks on my pillow during hot flashes and low thyroid night sweats or anything melting on my head laying in the sun or working in the garden. Only comes out when you wash your hair. Love it to cover my roots in between colorings. Love it!

Definitely ash brown--almost gray.
