Good book, good message
The steps and suggestions are clear and concise. The tone comes off condescending at times, so as a reader, I would suggest keeping in mind that the author really is just trying to help us be in touch with ourselves and live a life to the fullest.

Packed with great information
When I first picked up this book, I wasn't sure what to think. It seemed vague, nebulous, and a totally unfocused way to go about training your intuition. I got about a third of the way through and put it down and went on to other books which were much more the "heavy hitter" style of rigid exercises. After about a year, I've picked it back up again, and now all I'll say is that this book is really filled with great stuff and very, very good advice. Ms. Choquette says many of the things that my indigenous teachers say, and she says it in simple and straightforward language. I think that I didn't like this before because I wasn't really ready to process the information that the book contains; I literally could not absorb it. After much study under other teachers (who all basically say many of the same things as Ms. Choquette), this information is seeping into me like lovely tea into water.Secret #31 which deals with the 4 expressions of the heart center is just dynamite and has given me a lot to think about with my own clients. In the first *day* of keeping a "vibes journal", I began seeing how my vibes were coming to me, and how precise and accurate they are. I also began seeing the ways I'm getting information that I had not been noticing or cataloging before now. Secret #26 really says it all: "The basis of clairvoyance is to study what's really present without projection, distortion, sentimentality, or fear. In other words, what's really there? This kind of lucid and objective point of view invites you to move to a deeper level of seeing; it engages you to look at life from your spirit, rather than looking from your ego." This book delivers on that.I like Ms. Choquette's style and easy delivery, and now I am seeing the value and importance of a gentler approach to this subject.

A Guide for Living
What a wonderful book.I admit it wasn’t at all what I was expecting, but it was a pleasure to read. Very simple, joyful, clear tips for living life. I would say this should be a must read for everyone. The tools offered are ideal for anyone looking to live a life that is more in tune with the universe. Her book The Psychic Pathway offers more if you are looking to hone your psychic abilities. But I’d say none of that can happen without opening oneself up to playfulness, love, Joy, and spirit — which this book helps one do.The book just makes you feel good.

Back to Basics
I first read this book quite a while ago (about five years ago) and some of the concepts were over my head then. I love rereading this book, because it's not only grounding, but it's also validating as well, as I've had a chance to integrate most of the practices into my life. I have been sick for the past few days, and I'm rarely sick. Rereading this book helped me to know where I got out of sync and out of balance in the first place.Sonia is like a trusted friend (especially if you read her autobiography Diary of a Psychic). She has had decades of being a spiritual powerhouse, and she mentors you on how you can be the same. This is a great book. Loved reading it years ago and love rereading it now. This book is chicken soup for my soul. I especially liked her teachings on remaining calm in the midst of chaos. Being empathetic, I tend to take on what isn't mine. Being calm is what keeps me grounded and ensures my success as my vibes lead me where to go and what next to do and what to avoid.Thank you, Ms. Choquette!

Uplifting Reading
Trust your Vibes is a wonderful uplifting book more appropriate to open the channels to your intuition, so you can hear it louder and better, than to develop your intuition.Choquette's writing is very direct, cheery and entertaining, and her personal and client's examples are very illustrative. The book will add to your life even if you aren't an intuitive person or have any psychic interest. It is just good advice for happy living. Many of the exercises and questions for thought she poses are terrific and a good tool to develop your self-knowledge.Choquette uses principles of the law of attraction and positive thinking in her approach to life mixed with some Eastern Philosophy teachings, but her approach is heavily religious and Christian. If you aren't religious or Christian, you might not connect with some of the things she says. At times, Choquette opposes intellect and intuition, but I find that puzzling because one can be highly intellectual and very intuitive at the same time without opposition. I agree that both things can create conflict sometimes, but I don't think that you need to erase your intellect, especially if you have it, to be a good intuitive.I have enjoyed the book a lot, so much so that I have bought another one by her. However, I do prefer Laura Day's books on intuitive development because she offers plenty of practical exercises and advice on how to develop you intuition, does not oppose intellect and intuition at all, and is not religiously biased.

Fantastic book about intuition, vibes and Spirituality
This book is excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Don't want to give too much away but for me the best points were (1) Life never stops you. It only gives you a reason to be better and (2) If you can't hear your intuition, do some exercise, go for a walk in nature, sleep, eat heathily or relaxThe book is quite long and written is a really friendly, accessible tone. For me is important cos I lose patience with too much rambling. It's original and personableI think there is something here for everyone. For example the chapters about physical care , then more chapters about various topics like Prayer, Positive expectation (expect the best), Angels, Trusting The Universe.

If you notice there is no such thing as a coincidence
This audio master piece is ideal for anyone who wants to close of their egoistical thinking and let the subconscious brain tune into your higher self.Sonia Choquette has a beautiful voice to listen to, she is funny and witty and her way of talking is like you having a chat with a mate, it is comfortable and easy to listen to and ideal for your car journeys.Sonia tells you about her life and how she is where she is now, she talks about her mantras or prayers to god/higher self/universe/angels. She explains the difference between people who tap into their gut feelings and listen or act on them and the people who always listen to ego and ignore their own intuitions. An excellent buy for anyone wishing to take themselves up a notch in sixth sensory living!

Trust your vibes......
Wow, where have you been all my life? This is one of the few books I have read in the last 49 years that touched the very centre of me. Mostly common sense and Love and trusting your inner voice. I thoroughly recommend this book, especially with it's practical exercises......Well done Sonia!
