The first image shows a spring hook so I assumed that this comes with a spring hook which does not. So now i will have to order a separate spring hook for this

They are durable, have a good weight(heavy), feels good when gripping and they don’t look like the equipment in the gym so people don’t confuse them when I put one down. And at this point I’ve been using them for months now and no problem.

These attachments are excellent! I bought some climbing rated carabiners and attached one to each for ease of changing parts. I have a Marcy pulley system w/300 lbs of plates and these attachments can handle the load. They’re heavy-duty. These are no joke. The price was right and I wasn’t sure what to expect because there were many costlier options and sometimes you get what you pay for. I must say, I’m very impressed. Each piece is well made and heavy. The rope pull is fantastic. I love it all and have turned into a lifting animal like I used to be without having to leave the house. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed. I surely wasn’t. A+++ deal!
