IELTS 5 Practice Tests, General Set 5: Tests No. 21-25

As an ex-examiner and administrator for IELTS I can strongly recommend the entire series of IELTS Practice Tests. I recently purchased Set 5, both the Academic and the General Training Test books, together with downloadable audios, and the quality overall is remarkable, and not only that, but highly competitive with other "official" IELTS training guides. This is not always the case, I must say, and this is the first time I have purchased any of these books from the series. For new and repeating IELTS candidates, this series has a lot to offer and is well presented and edited, following the typical IELTS sequence. Audio recordings are top-notch, easy to download, and clear to listen to (only once, of course!! hahaha), As a linguist and linguistics specialist, number 5 (General Training and Academic) are ideal to assist students and candidates in their respective journeys to success!

As an IELTS tutor and coach, I have access to large numbers of books and practice test materials for IELTS Academic but it's not been so easy to find high quality practice for the General Test. Having found IELTS Blog, hand on heart I'm highly delighted with quality of GT practice and the additional support materials provided by the author Simone, and the Academic tests I seen are at least as good.I highly recommend this series to both fellow IELTS tutors and students In fact, I love them so much that I purchased a complete set of the GT practice books and am using them with my students.=============Como tutor y entrenador de IELTS, tengo acceso a una gran cantidad de libros y materiales de prueba de práctica para IELTS Academic, pero no ha sido tan fácil encontrar práctica de alta calidad para la prueba general. Having practised other test books in the same series, I found this one a little more challenging than the others, but not tough. Some of the questions are structured to be tricky, which in my opinion, is a great way to test your skills & learn better for the actual test. By the end of the book, I felt a lot more confident & my scores had improved! Absolutely must give this a shot!

Absolutely love this book. A very useful material for practicing Ielts. The instructions to download listening and speaking recordings for the test, which are pretty clear and easy to process. Would definitely purchase some other sets. Highly recommend this book to everyone who need to improve their scores for Ielts.
