4 Shades Eyeshadow Kit

This is one of the first palettes I wore when I started wearing make up. For years its been my go to base. Suddenly it vanished off shelves. I haven't been able to find it anywhere & trust me I looked. If its sold in stores its not in my area. Much to my delight, I found it on Amazon of course lol. The shades are exactly how I remember them. I kept an old palette to compare. Yep. Spot on. The palette is called Shimmering Sands. The original names of each shade were (from darkest to lightest): Satin Earth, Toasted Sand, & Sunkissed Sand. I love this palette! The shadows are in the pearl category, so they have a light reflecting shimmer with natural tones. They provide shade contouring & highlighting. I don't feel like I have makeup on when I wear them. I can dab more shadow on & make a more dramatic look as well. I have auburn hair, green/blue eyes & medium fair skin. This palette really brings out my eyes. They pop! I get tons of compliments on my makeup when I wear these shades. I'm not sure about the other reviews that say it doesn't last long or you can barely see the colors. For me they last. Today I've worn my makeup for 9 hrs & yup shadow is still in place & shimmering. I don't use any primer or anything. I just put it on directly. Perhaps its because of my fair skin I can see the colors more easily? I love the level of pigment. Not too intense. Its a natural vibe. Its fun to mix it up with darker colors & use them to highlight as well. Its a very versatile palette. I wasn't paid to write this. I just really love these shadows & I'm thrilled I found them & wanted to share my thoughts! Hope my reviews helps :)

Great colour pallet, exactly as expected. A bit disappointed that one of the colours was broken up and smudged throughout, but not the fault of the seller. Perhaps it could have been packed more tightly.
