Multi function tool on the kitchen, makes short shrift of water bath, pressure canning and can be used for pressure cooking and slow cooking. I got rid of my slow cooker and water bath canner. For a smaller household this Nesco product does an excellent job. 4 wide mouth quarts, 5 pints and 16 jelly jars fit. Easy control panel with intuitive process. Only downside, no recipes are included. Only used approved recipes and methods, follow the USDA instructions.

Great for canning and works well. No complaints. First time pressure canner here and was very intimidated with the process but this canner is simple to learn and I use it weekly. You can water bath or pressure can. For quart jars, low pressure to water bath since you can't fill water over the jars. Prefect seals!

This canner is awesome, I love it. Easy to use and performs amazing. I have a large "All American" traditional canner that I use when I'm processing large batches, however this canner is the perfect tool for when I'm doing smaller batches. I really wish I had bought this canner a long time ago. Get one, you won't be sorry. Especially if you are just getting started in canning because it makes the process so easy. I'm thinking about ordering another one that's how much I love it.
