What percentage of the curcumin is bioavailable?

Meriva products are standardized to 20% of active curcuminoids. Thorne Research standardizes these products to ensure consistent amounts of therapeutic levels of the active constituents. what is the difference between the Meriva-500 and Meriva?

The sustained release Meriva contains a lower dosage of the active ingredient (Curcumin Phytosome) than the Meriva-500. Sustained release has 500 mg per serving in a sustained release formula, and the Meriva-500 has 1 gram per serving.
