I bought this sheet mainly for the cotton material. I hate polyester because of the static electricity and the heat. This fit my bed perfectly, no issues with fitment and it seems high-quality. It's getting hot so hopefully this will keep the temperature down and cool during sleep.

The GOOD news! I have been looking a very long time for a 100% cotton mattress cover that's thin, NOT waterproof and not puffy, and lets me sleep cool. My current pad was very puffy but too hot to sleep on - not 100% cotton. I need a cool sleeping environment as I sleep quite warm. This is exactly what I was looking for! It's not very thick, (which some folks complained about) but that's just what I wanted. It's well made, soft & comfortable, makes no noise, and the skirt pockets are very well made with a nice material, not that cheap stuff that snags & tears like so many others. I see that others have rated it lower due to not fitting their deep mattress pockets. My mattress is 11" deep and this fit perfectly (after washing and drying), so yeah, if you have a deeper mattress, it might not fit. I sure question the advertisement of fitting 16" deep mattress, but maybe I shrunk it a little in the dryer. I will line dry next time to avoid any more possible shrinkage. I am very happy with this mattress pad and think it's worth the price of $44.

Both my husband and I are "bedding snobs" and have a hard time sleeping on anything that isn't cotton, linen, or bamboo. Cotton is our first fabric of choice, with linen being a close second, especially in summer. Microfiber is insufferable. Need I say more?:( This is the first truly cotton filled bed pad that I have managed to find in a long time that is affordably priced. We had one in cotton/bamboo that was OK, (better than polyester microfiber) but still not great. This feels wonderful, not hot at all, and is only slightly plush. I am back for another one for a guesthouse. I have a waterproof mattress protector that I'm putting underneath it, in case of spills or accidents with the kids, etc. Very happy with it, so far. The former purchase was king size. For that size, I'd recommend taking the time to wash it in a commercial machine, unless you have a large capacity washer, which I have, and then I only tumble dry on the lowest setting, which takes awhile to completely dry. I prefer only fluffing for 10 or 15 minutes, then finish on the clothesline, but I realize not everyone has access to one.

I purchased this (Queen sized) mattress cover because it was mostly cotton. Big mistake - cotton shrinks when washed. When I received it, as I do with new sheets, I washed it - using my normal “warm” wash cycle. I did NOT put it in the dryer, but let it air dry. The cover shrunk and now does not properly fit my bed. Two of us had to stretch it, using all of our strength, and still, it does not fit properly. A mattress pad needs to be washable - and this one will shrink upon first washing.

Quality is ok. After first wash top is not long enough to cover standard king. Appears to be mostly cotton as described. First ordered this in 2017, again in 2025. Very happy with durability of first order. Second is lesser quality. Side fabric is flimsy, looks like it could tear, quilting not as dense. Will have to see how it does with more use. All and all glad to have an affordable option in mostly cotton. Time will tell about durability.

Bought a new bed 2 months ago and they included the New and Improved Mattress Pad. The one supplied was Tencil waterproof and was suppose to keep you cooler as the salesmen told me and since it breaths it keeps moisture away. Well let me tell you I woke up sweaty and was hot as I slept. I have all cotton sheets on the bed so I knew those were not the problem and I had never had a problem before until this new mattress pad. I went searching for an all cotton mattress pad and found this. I read allot of the reviews and most were all positive. The only Con reviews I read was about the cotton wadding up after washing. I outweighed the good ones, I knew if I had a problem I could always return it. I followed the washing instructions to a tee. Gentle Cycle, I used Cold Water and I also didn't use the "Auto Fill" feature of water and set the water to medium high so the pad had enough room to move in the drum with more water and I have a large drum in my top loading machine, I also used the high speed spin after the gentle cycle was done so it would get more water out. I dried on low setting and went and moved the pad around in the dryer to get it evenly dried. It came our perfect and no shrinkage and fit the bed wonderfully. This is not a thick pad but it covers the bed well. Last night was a dream sleeping with not being hot and waking up all sweaty. I recommend this and follow the washing instructions. Don't worry about that 5% other material. It does have spandex on the drop sides that helps putting it on the bed and holds in place. The pad didn't move or slip all night long.

Soft and good quality. Fits nicely over our 15 inch high king mattress.

This is manic to rate: 5***** star on quality of all natural cotton, breathability and fluff comfort all natural cushion quilt top. I did not sweet last night and that was a #1 priority ( which, Egyptian cotton percale is the best combo to yet impossible for me to find). 1st night using it I could not cover my bed topper surface. I had to use as a wafer top like a cookie top and jimmy rigged with long straps under my topper to have any coverage. I had zero coverage at foot of bed for 6"short. The queen size was completely off and I need to exchange for Ca King. This Queen size will work on a full size. I wash everything before I put anything on my skin. It took 2x as long to dry and of course it shrank and I was expecting that., However not as much as it did. The skirt is quit cheep and shallow and ripped. If you have to fit a deep depth mattress, I'm suggesting it may not work. Given all the negative things, I will be ordering ca.king size, and to wrap around and cover my 3" memory foam topper. I wanted a plush thickness barrier between my foam topper and skin as not to sweat. On my requirements I can live with it's imperfections. I love the top quality of quilted top! I'll come back to post a pic after my coffee. The quality of quilt is super great and I will allow for the not-so-great points of my review.
