El modelo que recibí es la versión 2021. Comparado con la versión antigua estos se programan desde la aplicación de Wyze a través de Bluetooth, por lo que es necesario tener en el celular el Bluetooth activo y darle permiso a la aplicación de ubicación mientras se usa para que la programación fluya sin problema. Mientras se programa solo se introduce la red y clave de wifi y funcionan perfecto.

Me gustó mucho el producto, lástima que no he podido programar los horarios de encendido. El tamaño es muy bueno ya que te deja espacio para el otro enchufe. Probé otra marca "redonda NO RECOMENDABLE". Comprare más productos WYZE¡. MUY BUENO Y PRÁCTICOS, SIN FALLAS. PAQUETE A TIEMPO Y BIEN PROTEGIDO

Known issues with their firmware make these devices unreliable and completely unusable. The most recent firmware (ver. 1.2.0.179 - 2.28.2022) was recalled because of connectivity issues and the issue remains unresolved. The previous firmware (ver. 1.2.0.176 - 1.19.22) had the same issue as well. Having to constantly set them up again each week (I have 4 of them at two homes) defeats the purpose of having smart devices. Consider yourself lucky if they stay connected for more than a few days at a time.I have 8 of them just sitting in my closet as the return window has passed and support wasn't able to help. Cannot recommend until they fix these issues.

I typically don't write reviews but these Smart Plugs SUCK. This is only my experience. They are constantly going offline even though I have a WAP in every room they are located. I have 2 spares that are just plugged in and not controlling anything and they go offline as well. Just going to throw them away since I can't trust them to turn table lamps on and off at set times. I called customer service and they wanted me to delete the plug from the app then unplug it and start over. Kinda hard to do when you are hundreds or thousands of miles away. Looks like I'm going back to the analog timers with the pins. At least they work.

I did some research before purchasing these plugs and what I read was pretty good; however, the reviews on Amazon were a mixed bag and I was tempted to cancel my order.I received them today and it took 5 to 7 minutes to download the Wyze app, connect the plugs, update the firmware, and connect to Alexa (and test to see if the integration was successful). No problems AT ALL. I rated the plugs a”4” in all categories since I haven’t had them long enough to attest to how well they work. I’ll give them a couple of weeks and if they continue to function well, I’ll change my rating to a 5. If they began losing connection or Alexa integration becomes problematic, I’ll lower my rating.Ok…I’ve had these plugs less than a week. I ordered a four pack and connected two without a problem. Now, one of the two has gone offline; I’ve tried everything to bring it back…hard reset, reboot my router, and even tried to setup in another location. Nothing. I tried the remaining two and neither will connect. I’ll be return all 4 of them this week.
