Synergee Exercise Fitness Resistance Band Mini Loop Bands that Perform Better When Working Out at Home or The Gym

Product arrived quickly. Each band was individually wrapped and performed as described. Good quality.

I am a physical therapist in Ketchikan, AK. I recently discovered Synergee mini bands and now use them almost exclusively for lower extremity therapeutic exercise. I find them superior to theraband for hip strengthening for ease of use and effectiveness. No tying knots or measuring out band. The complete set is very practical. Even my athletes will use varying resistance based on what exercise is being performed or their current strength/endurance levels. The complete set of bands makes it very easy for patient's self progression. The price is unbeatable. Home gym in your pocket, great for taking on a plane for business trips or keeping in your gym bag to perform corrective exercise before or after your regular workout. These bands are very durable. I have not had one break in one year of using them. I will say that the green band (most used in clinic) seems to have lost some elasticity but that is with HEAVY use in an outpatient physical therapy clinic over the last year (still has not needed to be replaced). We have challenges in clinic to see who can do a monster walk with "THE RAINBOW!" (all bands at one time). As a physical therapist who works with ALL patient ages, diagnoses, physical ability, etc, I highly recommend these bands for ALL of my patients and either purchase a set for them myself or have them order on amazon. Just what I needed!

For me (elderly using low resistance weights and bands), they are very tight for me even the lowest resistance. I'm weak to say the least, but I can use the green resistance bands at PT with no problem. My son who is very strong loves them and says the resistance is fine. So it's not a waste of money except he's more into weights than bands. The quality and durability seem fine. The resistance and range of motion is dependent on strength.

I had Therabands for a few years, because my PT used them. When two of them snapped during use, I found these. Two things are so much better about Synergee: 1) the material doesn't rip out your leg hair. I'm mostly using these for hip/core work, and they slide on and off easily and painlessly. 2) They print the resistance level right on the band. This is one of those things where as soon as I saw this, it made me feel almost angry that Therabands don't do this extremely simple thing to keep track of which band to use (especially when the colors aren't in any particular order, like light to dark. Maybe Therabands are better for really lightweight stuff where you're stretching them waaay out, but for my purposes, these can't be beat.

These are excellent for rehabbing a knee injury. A generic version was recommended by my physical therapist, and this particular product was recommended by Wirecutter. By having a set of 5, one can adjust the degree of resistance. I mostly use two bands, but it's great to have a choice. What I am very pleased with is that these are smooth on bare skin - so they don't grab your skin during use. This has proven to be an excellent purchase.

Exactly what I wanted.

I looked at a lot of resistance bands before I ended up getting Synergee brand. I was nervous by how many other brands got reviews that their product broke/were flimsy or smelled awful. This product did neither of those and has been great to use. The material is sturdy and they have proven to be a great addition to my work out. Would definitely recommend.

Just the job

habe welche von Perform Better gekauft, leider sind paar schon gerissen (ca. 1 Jahr im Trainingseinsatz). Diese sind ziemlich teuer 4,50€ pro Stück. Habe jetzt die Mini Bands bestellt, die sind bisschen elastischer wie die von Perform Better ( d.h. das Gummi ist schwächer). Bin gespannt wie lange Sie halten, bin aber da guter Dinge. Preis / Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung.

Great addition to my home gym! Keeps my bands and other knicks knacks organized. Very durable and well made.
