Pretty highlighters
Love love love the pastel colors! Catches your attention without being fluorescent! Good value.

Very pastel. Not bright enough
These highlighters are very dim and not bright at all. Maybe good for pastel water color art, but for highlighting text they are inadequate.

Not a Mildliner (actual Japanese ones) but.......
Bought these because multiple YouTube influencers who are --almost-- as obsessed with Japanese office supplies as I am suggested them as a Mildliner substitute. As a 8+ year Mildliner user, I can tell you -- no. These are not in any way a substitute for the actual Japanese Mildliners.HOWEVER. They do have some nice qualities and so at the price, I am keeping them AND would buy them again.FEELING: They are so comfy to hold in your hand. Better than the Mildliners.GREEN: Beautiful color, love it, mildliner has a similar color but not exactly and this one doesn't bleed through much.PINK: Want to love this one so much. Color does not have a direct mildliner match, and it's beautiful, but it bleeds like a new red shirt in a wash full of white clothes. That said, I am still using it because... color.ORANGE: I wanted to adore the pastel orange, and I do, but it also bleeds. Not as badly as the red, but it is a bit dark.YELLOW: Just dump this one off. It's a regular yellow highlighter, nothing to see here.Maybe I should hold them lighter in my hand, you say? I do hold them very lightly. You could make the same argument with the dark Mildliners, but at some point, the dark ones are just dark, you know what I mean? So, if you are in the mood to change it up a bit, or your pages aren't thin and you aren't minding a bit of bleed through, these are great. ALSO, there is the fact that the pink and green are just very easy on the eyes, and for $6.... I mean....

Not a good marker.
Too light hardly visible on printed paperLooks like already dried up or poor quality.Didn’t serve the purpose.

Too light
Can barely see the color when highlighting words on paper. They seem a bit dried out too. I'm keeping them because at least I can use them for kids project.

Not pastel colors. Vivid bright highlighters.
Not as pictured

A bit light on the saturation
The ink color is a bit light for highlighters. The colors should be more saturated to be distinctive on the page. Also, blue should be added to the kit.
