What vegetable oils are used in the medicum chain triglyceride oil?

The medium chain triglyceride oil used in Thorne’s Ultimate-E is derived from vegetable oils, with soy oil and palm oil being the most common sources. There are no residual vegetable proteins or allergens in the finished product.

If this supposedly does not contain soy, then why is the word "soy" emitted from the list of allergens it does not contain? Me thinks contains soy?

According to my records, this product does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, peanuts, yeast, sugar, magnesium stearate, binders, coatings, disintegrants, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners.
