It was extremely well packaged. Quality glass carafe. The lid is stainless steel. The neck is narrow which I really like. Holds 50 ounces. I am super impressed. It deserves a 5+++ review.

I like the way it looks and easy pouring

This is a beautiful carafe, it looks really nice! Only thing is that the glass is thin, not really thick glass so it feels a little more delicate. I've used it a handful of times now and washed it, I'm just a little extra careful with it, want to make sure I don't crack it. The lid doesn't seal completely, it's not leak-proof. Other than that it's a nice carafe to have. Juice looks nice in it and is definitely more presentable at the table than the plastic bottles.

Very nice, filled with water and it comfortably holds 50 ounces at the neck of the pitcher and not the very tip top like some other brands. Top stays on and is easily installed and removed without force, but it’s not going to just fall off as you pour like I read in some reviews it fits snugly 0 problems. If you get one that does just have it replaced for free, yes it’s borosilicate glass so expect it to be delicate and don’t bump it. I didn’t really want a borosilicate pitcher but seamed like all pitchers like this are. Very nice I like it.

I use this for infused water in my refrigerator. It's the perfect size to fit right in the door (imagine about the size of a half gallon of milk). It pours smoothly and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. The lid fits tight enough that it does not slip when pouring. Very happy with the quality.

This is our second one - I tipped the first over and it broke when it landed on the kitchen counter. The glass is relatively thin (hence the very "light" look - which we like!), but it is fragile. Treat it gently! Hand-wash only for us. I would not put this in a dishwasher under any circumstances.

Amazing customer service. I received the wrong item in the morning, but after letting amazon know, Danish came personally to my apartment building to deliver the correct item. The items are wonderful.

UPDATE: I used to think borosilicate was pretty tough glass. I do not think that anymore. This morning I was moving the pitcher on to the quartz countertop (gently, since it was full). The bottom edge of the pitcher lightly tapped the edge of the counter and a big 2-inch chunk of glass popped off and dumped the contents everywhere. It was NOT a heavy bang. I didn't even feel the tap/breakage. The pitcher suddenly got light and there was fluid everywhere. So, be careful if you buy this product. This is a really nice glass pitcher that fits the fridge well. I bought it to replace a big, old, plastic 7-11 Double Gulp container for my protein shakes (1.5L). It's really nice to be able to drink out of glass instead of plastic, and it is much easier to grip (with a nice handle) than the old Double Gulp container (which was shorter and wider in diameter). I liked it so much that I bought a second one for backup - I don't ever want to be without a great pitcher like this one again! Recommended!
