Polycom, Inc. VVX EM50 Expansion Module for VVX 450

I purchased to phone screen extenders. They were refurbished so I knew they were not new. When I got them, one worked perfectly, the second did not. I reached out to the seller. They responded quickly and offered to give me a full replacement. Replacement arrived and worked perfectly. Anyone can sell something new in the box and look good. This seller sent me something with a wart or two, at no fault of their own as it was a used product but handled it perfectly. This seller responded to my questions and handled themselves with grace and tact. I will use them again in the future. Buy with confidence.

Without the stand that's supposed to be included with the EM50 expansion module, and a unique retention screw that's used to attach it to a Polycom VVX450 Phone, the EM50 expansion module is not usable. The product description claiming a complete and fully functional item was wrong. Poly[com] support was horrible, deliberately stalling through several attempts to obtain the missing parts. Poly claimed that the products purchased new through Amazon were already out of warranty, then demanded invoices, purchase orders, and support contract numbers just to be difficult.
