I did alot of research and found everything I need to stay healthy, and this vitamin was on that list. I just started taking it 3 weeks ago, and let's be real, it's not some cure all, but they say I need it. So far, so good!!! I take this in the morning with a healthy fat like butter or avocado to help absorption, and it has curbed my appetite, especially for sweets and other carbs. Seems to be leveling out my moods - I've had a lot of anxiety since the death of a spouse about 9 years ago. This, in addition to working out daily with weights and eating pretty clean, definitely seems to help. Good price, too. Will buy this again!

I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone! Within 2 weeks my shedding has dramatically decreased! I feel better at all around. My bones have stopped aching and my carpal tunnel has subsided. These are great quality and do not make me nauseous. I take the Vitamin B complex on an empty stomach and the rest together at night. Now I did get a separate calcium supplement from another company.
