This is not the computer that ships
I received an XPS 13 with 8GB of RAM, not 16GB. The model is also not a 9380, it is 7390, which you can buy directly from Dell in this config for $899.

Did not get what was advertised
I purchased based on the description of i7-8565u and 16gb RAM and 512 GB SSD. I received an i5-8265u with 8GB ram and 238GB SSD. I would like to know what I need to do to get the correct computer.
