There’s fitness and health books, and then there is this: it’s not just a great workout program, but delicious recipes and infectious positivity that’s needs when a focus on mental health has become centre stage. My favourite part is the weekly table of Monday Motivation, Target Tuesday, Challenge Wednesday etc because you can apply it to your workout but also on anything in life! All round love this book. He’s funny too give or take a bit of cheese, so that’s a plus!
