Q: Is the Zebra logo on the side of the pot a sticker or is it etched in? If it's a sticker, can it be easily removed?

Yes, the sticker is on the side and not inside the container. Yes it is easily removed but in one of my containers it left a glue mark on the container. It does not bother me at all since the food does not touch the glue mark which is on the outside. These are beautiful containers and very roomy. I have bought 3 sets already.

Q: Are they microwave safe?

No you should never place stainless steel items in the microwave.

Q: Can they be used in an Instant pot for pot in pot?

For making light dishes or yogurt. Pot in pot without the lid. Not for stir fry and roasting.

Q: how durable are the lids? Do the plastic lids crack with use?

Not true. I used the 68 oz container daily for about a year. No dishwasher, just hand washing, and very gently. The lid cracked in two places. I have been looking for a replacement lid everywhere on and off line. Could not find one of the right size and shape: 2 liter and round. If anyone knows where to find one, please drop a line here. The containers are otherwise OK, though I'm only speaking from the experience of using the 68 oz.
