This is the best mouthwash for freshening your breath and whitening your teeth. Swish for a solid minute, gargle before you spit, and don't rinse with water for 2 to 3 minutes. That's what I do and it is a bit time consuming but it is the only mouthwash I have noticed whiten my teeth and keep my breath fresh for longer. Also a little goes a long way too, just fill to the line provided! No it doesn't taste amazing, but that it because Colgate decided to make mouthwash that worked rather than tasted good. Tilt your head forward while swishing to avoid some of the contact with your tongue!

I am a firm believer in buying certain items in bulk for excellent cost savings. This (3) pack is an incredible value for the price, and, the quality is very excellent. I love to use this product because it feels good as it cleans my teeth and gums. I enjoy brighter, cleaner, whiter looking teeth with each use. Also, when using this product long term my bi-annual cleaning is a much easier and smoother process - less deep scraping is required. I like the experience, taste, scent , quality, and value!

I like a good fresh rinse. This fits the bill plus does help to whiten your teeth, especially in between the teeth. I noticed results right away and my teeth were already in good shape. I use this with the newest Optic White toothpaste, and I am so pleased.
