This has a great taste of black currant and works quickly, as one expects of the liquid form. I take a little over the line on the dropper and stack it with 500 glycine, 2 capsules of Magtein, and 4 capsules of Super Amino Night, and I'm off to sleep pretty quickly without much of a melatonin hangover and with good morning-. In the 2- or 3-pack this is priced about right for what it is.

My girlfriend swears by Solgar - I bought her some to try out and she says it's wonderful. She has been told to take melatonin for another reason, and she hates the capsules, likes the under the tongue lozenges, and loves the Solgar liquid. She says it's fast-acting and is has an okay taste, and she sleeps very well. Judging from her enthusiasm for the product I doubt she'll ever switch to anything other than liquid melatonin. I tried it, but it's a little too strong for me - I would probably use a much lower dose.

This liquid melatonin is quite effective and easy to take. As a 10 mg/ml liquid, the graduated dropper allows you to vary the dosage according to your individual needs. The flavor is pleasant and because it is liquid, it is quickly absorbed. I've been using this brand for a couple of years now and the quality and flavor have always been consistent. It beats every other brand I've tried and is way better than a tablet.

Works very well, and not habit forming. Have used for many years now. Sometimes nightly, sometimes not at all. And always knowing that my use, however often or seldom, can be discontinued when not needed and resumed if or when needed again. I have it available for use at critical times. And that reassurance answered my only remaining question. I give it no thought now at bedtime. But I do keep it in reserve for times when repetitive sleeplessness is an issue. Those times are now quite rare now. But I have no reservations about taking it when warranted. I think of it as being the best of both worlds and rarely have reason to think about it at all. Definitely no longer think of this product as potentially addicting for me. In fact, I no longer even consider the thought at all. So happy to share this with anyone who may need to take this factor into consideration.
