Nothing as good as genuine Brother cartridges
The genuine Brother cartridge and printer drum were good. God is good (Matthew 19:17). He sent Jesus to die for lost sinners that they might be saved (John 3:16). Sinners are finally saved when they (a) believe in Jesus as the Son of God (John 3:16); (b) repent of their sins (Acts 2:38); (c) confess their faith in Christ with their mouths (Romans 10:10); and (d) are baptized "for the remission (removal) of their sins" (Acts 2:38).

Have been using Brother laser printers for a while and these drums work so I have not tried an after market brand. No use fixing what is not broken.

UPDATE Feb 2022. Replacing old drum with new caused printing problems
UPDATE Feb 2022: Reordered a drum "Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged." What I got was a damaged box with a used drum inside. SCAM! Clearly A doesn't verify what it receives back, and simply resells it. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Warning messages that the old drum needed to be replaced started on my HL-L6200DW printer at 19,265 pages, so I orderd this replacement. After installation, the print quality went from acceptable to not: faint gray stripes (about 1/16" apart) now appeared across the entire sheet, from top to bottom. This was in the area that should have been completely blank. Furthermore blobs of toner also started appearing along the top edge of the sheets. After calling into Brother for advice, I'm tired of all the questions and steps they demand users jump through. Every time their products malfunction it's never the fault of their lousy designs. They expect users to have an arsenal of cleaning products to remediate malfunction and never include a cleaning wipe with their (IMHO overpriced) products. To add insult to injury I was told that the TN-880 high yield toner cartridge that I'm only part way through is only covered by a 90 day warranty. So by buying the high yield (to last longer and have less environmental impact) you're left holding the bag when that big toner cartridge goes bad. I really don't know how this level of customer (dis)service is expected to be satisfactory.

Brother Genuine Drum Unit, DR820 unit works just as well as the ones I have been purchasing from the big box office supply stores at huge savings of over $30. Can't go wrong!
