I use it and every other week I change the material and it seems to keep water clear and levels perfect

Best GFO I have found so far!
Slightly bigger than BRS GFO and if you buy the 20 pound bucket it’s 60-65%cheaper. Running 1 gram/gallon with phosphates down around .04 it’ll last 30+days.

Doesn't work
At the very least this company has poor quality control. I got the 4lb tub Sept. 2022 and it's never worked. I have my reactor plumbed into my return line. It just has never lowered po4. I can get a 1lb bag at an lfs that works fantastic compared to this. It came in a pale brown color and when u go to rinse it there's not reaction like you would expect ( that kind of crackley smokey reaction) I had received a dud product. If you try this gfo maybe stick to smaller batches so you don't end up out $120 like me

Not very good for my reactor
This GFO is the consistency of sand. Not very good for my reactor. It seems to pass through the finest filter sponges into my aquarium. I just try not to put too much in the reactor and I keep the water flow down. I have not seen a significant drop in phosphates yet but it is still early.
