Have bought 1000mcg dose twice. Tast great , took about an hour to take effect but last a full 12-18 hours and very useful esp during long trips and recovery. I notice the price hiked from aed 50 to Aed 70 within months.

Just an average project because, we were expecting to have energy boost at least early in the morning, but may be the deficiency is high, so may be we will have to keep having it one more time. Then may be it will start giving results

I can feel the change in my concentration now , I use to feel foggy , it is very useful for daily use

B12 works best when it is chewable and this Jarrow product tastes good unlike some other brands I have tried.

I take 5000mcg usually and the description says 500mg so I bought this and was disappointed to discover it’s actually only 500mcg. Suggest to change the description.
