I have two dogs that shed terribly, plus a cat. I usually have to vaccum multiple times a week to manage the tumbleweed like clumps of hair blowing around my house. If i cant do that then i vacuum once a week and need to empty the cup multiple times and remove hair from the rolling brush before and after cleaning. This conditioner (in combination with the shampoo has significantly reduced the amount of hair my dogs are shedding. I just used it this past week and the hair was sliding off in clumps by itself just by massaging the fur. It was so easy to deshed my dogs that even just rinsing them with the hose was washing off clumps of fur. I followed the instructions and diluted it so I could get more washes, but ive read you dont have to. I do a condition plus brushing, rinse, and condition again method. This soap is great, and so far it has not irritated my dogs either. If you have heavy shedding dogs, definitely buy this!!!

I have an all black long haired German Sheperd he’s 10 now I’ve always worked on his coat through his high end diet / nutrition ie he eats better than me. His coat became a little matted and thick , even discolored, so I bought this conditioner and some nobby rubber washing gloves watched some YouTube videos on how to apply , I let it set in and used the gloves , tons of dead fur came out , dried him out his fur and skin came out BEAUTIFUL! smells great and it’s been 6 weeks and his fur has never looked better I wish I had this product 10 years ago. Oh and that huge bottle is enough for about 40 washing treatments , I usually don’t leave comments but for this I did because I love dogs and hope other people get the same results as I did

I wanted to wait until I used the conditioner a few times before writing a review. The product is good. Nice thick conditioner. Easy to spread throughout the coat. Feels good after blow dried. My only issue is in the scent. I know it says almond so I expected it to be a lighter smelling fragrance. It’s like a very strong plastic or reminds me a new cabbage patch kid growing up. The fragrance is lasting which would be nice if it was more enjoyable. Product overall is good though if you don’t mind the smell.

My top choice for all dogs and all coats. That doesn't say it can be diluted but it works very well if you dilute it some with warm water and shake it really well. Also makes it much easier to rinse out. Leaves coat feeling nice and manageable.

I used to use tropicleans deshedding shampoo and conditioner but the scent never lasted and it getting expensive for 4 long haired dogs that shed a lot. I looked at grooming threads on Reddit and ended up here. Smell is great but can be a little too much if you don’t dilute it with enough water. It’s day 3 since bath and my German Shepard still smells great and has very soft hair.

my Belgian turnverein enjoyed the wash but then went crazy with itching. I rinsed her several times trying to help the poor girl but it went on for days. It was over Christmas so couldn't get in to see a vet right away. Now she is on an allergy med but is still itchy 5 days later. luckily they are good about returns

I absolutely love this deshedding conditioner. It helps loosen so much hair. The only reason I gave it a 4* is because of the smell! It smells like glue to me... but it has not put me off continuing to purchase.

We used to use this conditioner but finished the bottle about a year ago. Stupidly I substituted another brand. I was using a leave in at the time which made my Bernedoodle’s fur look ok. But that was discontinued. Her fur was nasty. I thought it was the lack of the leave in so I kept searching for another but no joy. Finally the bottle of the other conditioner was finished. So I came back to this brand. Wow, I can’t believe how much nicer her fur is! This is the best conditioner we have ever tried. Her fur is fluffy and soft again. I’ll never use another brand. Side note: this is susceptible to separation due to freezing. So be sure to buy it during more mild months.
