My stylist use this product on me and It's good… It smells wonderful, provides a slight sheen to my hair And managers my hair throughout the day and into the evening.For years, I had been using another product which I had liked but did not have the lasting effect that this one has.I put this product to the "acid test" by having both my wife and my daughter smell it. They both thought the scent was terrific and "doled out" complements on the improvement it made in my hair.

Female here and I love this stuff. I have very short hair and this works great. Smell is pleasing and not overwhelming, it’s easy to spread evenly, and it holds *pretty* well but not nearly as much as hard wax, like Enjoy. I live in Arizona and it works very well in dry climates, but when I traveled to Costa Rica, it didn’t hold up as well in the humid rainforest so I had to add hairspray. It’s a fairly large container and a little goes a long way, so even though it’s pretty expensive, it lasts a long time. I bought it in late February and it’s now mid July and I’m just now running low.

I ordered a travel size of Free Hold paste and loved it. Similar to the awesome Rough Rider but lighter. This is NOT the same product. What I received must be the cream cuz it's...well, creamy. I don't hate it - it actually works well, but not as well as the paste. And the point is, for $50 I expect the hair product to be what the page says it is. And yeah, $50?? This was $30 not so long ago. Something smells wrong here.

So I often where my hair in ponytails and I absolutely hate my dumb flyaways and with the constant taking on and off of my mask and glasses I get these crazy tufts of wayward hair around my ears. I asked my stylist for the best solution and she recommended this. It works like a miracle. I don’t 100% love the smell, it’s a little masculine but I don’t care because it works so well. I’ve tried other pomades and they suck. This is the real deal and exactly what I needed.
