The mix makes delicious apple waffles, too, even though that's an off label use.The two convenient pouches inside make making a breakfast-sized batch easier.I get two batches of 4 section waffles in my round waffle iron from one pouch.To make waffles just use about 1/8 cup less water per pack. I based that on the instructions on the pecan mix.

Classique Fare Apple Mix tastes better than any other mix you can by at any high end super market. I use it for making wonderful waffles.
