Erwachsene Musik, Rücklicht mit Tag/Nacht Automatik, Blinker, Navigation, Anruffunktion und SOS-System Fahrradhelm, BH51M anthrazit, 57-61cm

Ich habe mir hier eine neue tolle Innovation bestellt, in der Hoffnung meine Sicherheit beim Fahrrad fahren zu erhöhen.Leider wurde ich etwas enttäuscht, da beim Stand der heuitigen Technik, ich mir bessere LED`s vorgestellt habe.Positiv1. Bestelleung und Lieferung von amazon sind wie immer Super schnell und TOP! Dafür 5 *****2. Das Produkt selbst stellt schon eine echte Erhöhung der Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr da. Dieser Helm machteinen sehr wertigen Eindruck, stabil gebaut, schickes modernes Design, soweit so gut.Negativ1. Leider ist der Akku fest verbaut und lässt offensichtlich keinen Wechsel zu. Dafür hätte es bei einem Helm sicher bessereLösungen gegeben.2. Das Licht, sprich die verbauten LED`s sind eine echte geniale Innovation und haben ein fast Alleinstellungsmerkmal auf dem Markt.Aber...., beim Test der Dauerbeleuchtung konnte ich feststellen, dass diese beim normalen Leuchten hinten noch recht hell sind, sowohl bei Dunkelheit als auch bei Tage, aber die eigentlich doch so coole Technik des Blinkers, lässt meines erachtens sehr zu wünschen übrig und enttäusht mich sehr.Denn bei normalen Tageslicht sind die Blinker LED`s kaum zu erkennen und stellen somit keine Hilfe da. Und da man ja nicht nur am späten abend oder nachts Fahhrad fährt, ist dies somit leider keine Hilfe sonders eher als Spielzeugfunktion zu verstehen.3. Auch das verbaute Headset konnte im Test nicht überzeugen. Zum einen in der Gesprächsqualität und zum anderen in der Lautstärke.Was im ersten Testumfeld (normale Wohnung) noch toll funktionierte, zeigte sich im echten Verkehrslärm auf der Straße als nicht mehr nutzbar dar. Ein richtigers Telefongespräch ist allenfalls in einem leisen Park möglich jedoch nicht im alltäglichen Straßenlärm.Fazit:Ich war sehr an diesem modernen neu entwickelten Helm interessiert und hätte mir eine ausgereifte Entwicklung vorgestellt und wurde aber sehr enttäuscht.Wer einen sicheren modernen Helm mit zusätzlichen Feature sucht und nicht nur am Headset und am Licht interessiert ist, kann man diesen empfehlen. Wer jedoch als Hauptkreterium die Beleuchtung und das Headst sieht muss man ganz klar von abraten.

Wir haben den Helm für unseren Sohn bestellt und fanden die Idee mit den Leuchten und Blinkern sehr gut, da unser Sohn bereits zweimal angefahren wurde.1. Leider lösen sich ständig die seitlichen Riemen bzw. beim zuschnallen des Kinnriemens gehen die beiden Klemmen der seitlichen Riemen auf. Das geschieht auch teilweise bei der Fahrt, sodass der Helm während der Fahrt herunter rutscht.2. Stellt sich nunmehr heraus, das es in Deutschland nicht statthaft ist, wenn das Rücklicht und die beiden Blinker zugleich aufleuchten. Es ist nur das rote Rücklicht erlaubt und die Blinker dann beim Abbiegevorgang. Ein ständiges blinken der gelben Blinker ist, gemäß STVO, nicht erlaubt.3. Das Magnetladekabel hält nicht richtig fest und löst sich bei der geringsten Bewegung.4. Die Sprachausgabe und Pieptöne nerven schon etwas. Entweder kann ich die Akkuwarnung ganz ausschalten oder aber der Helm gibt alle 60 sek. eine Warnmeldung heraus. Einmal hätte auch ausgereicht.5. Wozu ich mich für einen Fahrradhelm irgendwo registrieren muss, ohne den komme ich nicht an grundlegende Funktionen oder Einstellungen und dafür meine E-Mailadresse und oder Telefonnummer angeben muss, ist mir schleierhaft und in DE unzulässig. Das Gleiche gilt für die GPS Pflicht in der APP, die dazu noch umständlich und sinnlose Inhalte enthält. Ich will nicht der ganzen Welt mitteilen, wo, wann und wieviel km ich gefahren bin. Das geht niemanden etwas an.Wir werden den Helm zurückschicken.Leider.Update vom 07.03.2019Der Händler (MyFutureInnovation) antwortet nicht einmal auf die Schreiben und Aufforderungen seitens Amazon, zur Übersendung einesfrankierten Rücksendescheines oder aber der Angabe einer deutschen Rücksendeadresse, wie in den Amazonrichtlinienfestgelegt. Wir müssen jetzt das Geld per Rücklastschrift von unserem Kreditinstitut zurück holen. Amazon reagiert aber auch nicht auf unseren Widerspruch bzw. Rückforderungen. Lediglich Standardtextbausteine kommen. Bei Anrufen wird man nur noch abgewimmelt. Danke Amazon, Eure A-Z Garantie ist den Namen nicht wert. 2 Kunden weniger.Update vom 13.03.2019Der Händler verweigert noch immer, auch auf die mehrfache Aufforderung durch Amazon, die Übersendungeines vollfrankierten Rücksendescheines und die Benennung einer deutschen Rücksendeadresse. Weiterhinbehält der Händler die bereits teilweise rückgesandte Ware ein, obwohl er die Rückzahlung des Geldes dafür verweigert und damit die Ware noch immer mein Eigentum ist. Damit sehe ich den Straftatbestand des Betrugesals erfüllt an und werde dementsprechend Strafanzeige erstatten.Schade das man nicht Null Sterne geben kann. Ich würde jeden anderen vor diesem Händler warnen.Update 21.04.2021Nachdem diese Firma mir mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet hat und ich dieses über meine Bankzurückholen musste, erdreistet sich dieser Verein jetzt, nach 2 Jahren, mir unverlangt und unerlaubt Werbung auf mein E-Mailaccount zuzusenden.Ticken die noch bei Livall?

In need of a new helmet for commuting, I was drooling over this simply because it looked so cool. I admit, I am a gadget lover so this product appeals to me. When it arrived I was full prepared to be disappointed as a lot of these gadgety things rarely live up to the hype. However, this is a well designed and constructed helmet with genuinely useful "smart" features.Fit - I have a 58cm head and the fit is just about the best I've ever had from a bike helmet. The helmet goes from 57 - 61cm so would be considered medium to large. It has an adjustable ratchet in the back and a chinstrap. It's very comfortable with no hard points or pinching.Weight - Very lightweight unlike my previous Bell helmet of similar design. The core is expanded styrene and the shell is ABS. It weights approx. 470gDesign - The design is quite futuristic tempered by a small leather-effect peak at the front. Similar in design to an equestrian helmet from the future. The construction is superb. The LED lights are housed underneath hard, automotive-like lens strips. The straps and clips are of good quality with separate padding on the chinstrap. There is a mesh screen underneath the ventilation slots to prevent insects and crud getting in your hair. The control unit is well designed and feels sturdy. It has small rubber bungie to attach it to your handlebars similar to a bike light. The charging port is housed under a rubber cover at the back of the helmet. The charging cable is USB with a proprietary magnetic connector similar to a Macbook power connector. Charging takes 3hrs via USB at 1 AmpSmart Features - It's easy to set up and the quick start instructions are very clear. The helmet requires pairing to the handlebar remote and your phone separately. If you've ever paired a Bluetooth headset to your phone it's the same process. Spoken instructions let you know the status of the helmet. Once paired to your phone you can use the helmet as you would a Bluetooth headset. Play music, make and receive calls, skip tracks, change volume etc. The sound output from the speakers is good and loud but more suited to speech than music as there is very little bass.Installing the Livall App gives access to more features such as changing the light patterns, auto light sensing function and seeing the battery status of the helmet and the handlebar remote. It also has some basic cycle computer functions such as speed readout etc. The app can also be set up to send an SOS message to another number if the helmet detects a serious impact.Light Features - The helmet has three lighting sections. A central rear taillight and two direction indicator strips that wrap from back to the side. Pressing the left or right button on the handlebar remote activates the corresponding direction indicator which chases from the rear to the side, along the helmet. Similar to the chasing indicators on certain car brands. An intermittent beep also sounds from the corresponding left or right earphone.The indicators turn off after a few seconds. You can't cancel the indicator light which was a bit disappointing.The lights automatically turn on when it gets dark and goes into a standard mode which can be set from the app. You can have the lights on, chasing from back to front (called Flow), Flashing or off.I'm very happy with this helmet and it has exceeded my expectations. It is expensive but I think i'ts worth the money as there is a lot of good design here. The whole product has been carefully thought out and well constructed.

17/6/19 Update - I emailed livcll with my concerns via technical support and to date have received no response. I would avoid, or try to contact them yourself before u buy.. I forgot I had emailed them before and received no response either. Not great. especially with the potential fire concern.Update- After owning this product nearly 1 year I still experience crashes and disconnects though not as often, however the latest issue is most concerning, yesterday my helmet didn't;t charge, I thought I had not connected it correctly, today I did a close inspection and found the connector pins were no longer connecting, I thought maybe the spring was at fault but actually as you can see from the pics the connector had melted.original - I have owned the Livall MT1 and two BH51's I have to say overall product quality is poor and I would not buy one again. the MT 1 power connector broke within a couple of months. so I saw they now have a magnetic one on the BH51, great. that works, what does not is the software. The helmet software crashes every 2/3 days. I get frequent disconnects on bluetooth audio also so I cannot rely on it for listening. the helmet power button also becomes unresponsive. Amazon have been great, replacing the helmet the 1st time then refunding the 2nd. There does not seem to be any product fix either. Also finally I find the handle bar remotes to be too small and functionality like skipping track, pausing audio and increasing volume poor, the buttons have a mind of their own. I just would not buy another Livall helmet again.

I had 3 different versions of this helmet... Older model with speakers and newer model with and without speakers.I think the helmet could be a bit more comfortable and have MIPS technology, especially at this price point.Remote control is too small and it's not easy to press buttons correctly when wearing gloves. I think the left/right direction buttons are the most important and should be MUCH bigger and separated from the rest of the buttons.Sometimes the connection is lost and you have to press the buttons few times. In city traffic, this is a major issue and the connection HAS to work 100%, every time. The speakers should be much louder or closer to the ears. Or even ear pads which could protect the ears on cold days. I had to wear a thin hat under the helmet. The front lights should be much stronger. It's good idea but it need LOTS of improvement.
