Trying for the first time
I opted for B12 as I had typical symptoms of low energy, bad memory and wavy mood. I like how minimal the capsules are. Not sure about the results. Opted for these basis reviews. Looking forward to better memory and mood.

This is my second purchase of this item. My diabetic cat benefits from a daily dose of B12 (Methylcobalamin) to prevent neuropathy in her hind legs. I was using the brand recommended by her vet, but it's very expensive and she hated the taste...would spit it out or not finish taking it. I found this and tried it. I mix it with Churu squeeze up treats and she scarfs it down. Works as well as the vet-recommended brand name, and it's much less expensive.
