Crock-Pot, Black Charcoal Crockpot 5 Oval Plus Round hookup SCCPMDPK23CH, 2 quart + 3.5 quart

I like that they are low profile and when storing they are stackable, plus they come in various capacities/sizes.My crockpots were very old, and needed replacement. I was so happy to find this new design, I already purchased two sizes, but plan to purchase another one or two size options.

If I could give this a 0, I would. I purchased this for the holiday dinners. Just decided to open the box today 10/30/21 and it does not heat up. Also, one of the bowls has what looks like dried food in it. I just learned that I this product is ineligible for return.***update: I was contacted shortly after my review and was given an opportunity to return the defective product. A big thank you and much appreciated! I returned for a 4 part warmer, which I love, again thank you.

I own a set of this crockpot set in the oval shape. Love so much, I decided order another set. Heats fast and are easy to clean.

I received my order and the 3.5 qt bowl had a hairline crack in it that I did not see. I put food in it and left it to slow cook. Everything seemed to work ok, so I left it to cook. I came back to a burnt mess because the liquids leaked from the crack.
