Unbelievably Useful and High Quality!
This is the best kitchen item I've bought from Amazon in a long time. Very heavy weight metal, solid and sturdy. This caddy holds a ton of napkins and silverware. Beautiful design.

It’s worth it!!!!
I was shook of the quality of the basket. I didn’t expect it to be thick and sturdy! It feels it would last for a very long time. And the detail on basket is so pretty!! I would definitely recommend this. It’s soo worth it

Attractive on the kitchen counter and well-made!
I purchased this flatware and silverware caddy to use on my kitchen counter to hold salt and pepper shakers and napkins, it's perfect.Two years ago I purchased the Mikasa two-tier fruit basket and it has held up very well it looks beautiful and matches this caddy

The handle was bent when I got it, I just straightened it out. It does the job I needed it to do.

Heavier and more durable than expected. Nice product that seems like it will last a long time. Deep black color, looks nice.

Sturdy
The second one I ordered is perfect. It’s very sturdy. So I’m not sure how the first one I ordered was bent but it was and I returned it very easily. The second one was here before the first one was returned.

Delivered broken and with defects
These are functional caddies for cutlery which are heavy metal and won’t blow over if used for outdoor events. However one was delivered with the handle broken off. I suspect this was a return (another customer reported this before me) and was put right back in inventory.The 3 others I inspected were not first quality. They were bent, had metal defects and chips. Not what I expected from a Mikasa product.

Quality, stylish
Very good quality for a reasonable price, looks much more expensive than price paid. Stylish & classy item, very pleased with it. Colour is lovely too.

Great
Brought this for when entertaining outside. Looks great plenty of room for napkins and cutlery. Looks more expensive than it is.
