Good product if you don’t eat vegetables

Does nothing to my husband to help his cough or anything to me helps my arthritis and constipation be aware you might go to much lol

Take them in the morning and makes me feel great through the day. Fewer cravings for “standard American lunch” which I don’t know why, but it seems to “set” my system to healthier craving. Armchair analysis is that it feeds the good-bacteria in the gut to send signals to the brain to continue during the day; but could be placebo; either way it consistently works for me.

The smell is better than any other products in the market. The sizes are small and consumables. We are yet to see how the effectiveness to the body is.
