idéal en complément de crayons de couleurs aquarellables, vous grattez le crayon sur la face rugueuse, et vous n'avez plus qu'à y poser un pinceau humide pour avoir votre couleur prête à être déposée sur le papier.

I’ve just begun watercolor pencil studies as a summer teaching project, and found this handy item. So easy to paint on the go with pencils and this palette! Nice portable size for plein air painting. Stains, so best to use the same areas for your colors. I’m told a white cleaning sponge can help keep it clean. White plastic cutting boards also work, but the Caran D’ache is a higher quality item with a finer granular surface, and of a size that is perfect for travel & plein air pencil painting. Perfect for use with my better quality pencils.

Je l'utilise pour réaliser mes mélanges de peintures ou crayons aquarellables avec pulvérisation d'eau ,pour faire mes fonds de cartes ou pages de Art journal. Très satisfaite de mon achat. Je recommande. La plaque a une face granuleuse et une face lisse.
