'The Crusader' takes you on a journey of rise and fall, highs and lows, certainties, and troubles in the political career of Narendra Modi. The traits to become a successful politician is not an easy gain. Of course in a country like India, it's not effortless to have a stronghold over the public as people here comes from different cultural backgrounds and ethnicity. From the journey to taking oath as the position of Chief Minister of Gujarat to become the Prime of Minister of India twice, with a clean sweep victory Narendra Modi has achieved a lot as a politician. And it is this journey of his that the author narrates in his book 'The Crusader'..Of course we all have different political ideologies but keeping that aside Randeep Sisodia has done amazing work in dealing with the subject matter of this book. He not only puts mere analysis, but also highlights his research findings about how Narendra Modi's works affected his career. Whether it was Gujrat Massacre, Rahul Gandhi's taunts or his first run for the Prime Minister seat he had to face a lot negativity, but apart from all that winning a clean victory is itself a great deal. The success of Narendra Modi as a politician can be very well observed by the replacement of the term 'BJP sarkar' to 'Modi Sarkar'. Though it's a little change, yet it does contribute a lot to his popularity. To all the people who admire our Prime Minister and supports him with whole heart I can assure you that you will love and enjoy reading this book. The language used in this book is lucid. It is well researched and for the people interested in politics and stuffs this book will definitely be informative.

A good read for a hopeful Indian.
I congratulate Randeep for putting down a perspective of a concerned and a hopeful Indian.A well done job, indeed. The Crusader is an amalgamation of a critiques' take on the past (brutal at times) and his hope for the future. His admiration of the present throughout the book is an understandable feeling, (shared by many fellow countrymen) - as a concerned and a hopeful Indian. His eloquence and frank perspective has enabled him to put together an interesting read. The thought built in the book makes it an interesting read, facilitating a thought process to start and a visit to the road less travelled by the Indian political system and the countrymen at large.I share his thoughts and perspective, to a good extent, that he has touched in the chapter on The idea of India and at the end of the epilogue.India needs to be the Jagat Guru. It has the potential for sure.I congratulate him for reminding us of the term 'Bharateya'.The language used by Randeep is simple and the narrative has a flow.Great read it was.Congratulations once again.

Very informative and researched book
'The Crusader' by Randeep Sisodia gives us the details into how Modi managed to come back as PM once again in 2019. He takes us through the journey of Narendra Modi as PM since 2014, his vision, plan of action, his dedication towards making India great again and how he managed to destroy the dirty politics of opposition. This is not any fictional story rather very well researched and his every statement is backed up with facts. This book is an amalgamation of the past incidences and the author's hope for the future of India. We can get a glimpse into the working style of Modi and his team and how he managed to reach people of the country most impressively and managed to gain the trust that no other politician could have done better. We also see how despite the divisive politics played by the opposition and the choicest of anuses hurled by them towards Modi, he remained unaffected and strong and worked towards the better meant of the country. The author has explained each and everything on such a detailed and informative way that it will keep you interested throughout the book. Not just the politics but the author also hives his opinion on the Idea of India and how India can move ahead of the other countries and become Vishwa Guru. The language is simple and lucid and his way of explaining makes it more interesting to read. This is a must-read for every Indian even if you don't understand the politics of India.

The Crusader: How Modi Won 2019 Elections is both revelation and revealing kind. This book is divided into four parts – Challenging the order, Dismantling the order, Battle to win Trust and War of for the Idea of India Continues. There is a whole lot to talk about this book as someone who is not much familiar with politics – and still is, in many ways, it is indeed a reminder though. Of how people miss noticing about the political propaganda and what it’s an actual ideology. I mean there should not be any gap, like literally a miles away! When we talk about India and its Politics, it takes a way long road into the wild, instead of an easy path which will show some light to people that fulfils and works towards their betterment. While the narrative goes on stretching & distinguishing the history of the party and present scenario, the author combines the research tracing about PM, by preparing a comprehensive argument about how his moves and takes saves the day.For every sentence, I read about the strategies and facts that how the ruling party won the elections, the author does an excellent job compiling the collective data of the opposition – of how it worked and hatches the plan towards their purpose - that eventually raised the ruling party to power. However! It would be glorifying if this speaks out loud of the welfare policies and schemes (that substantially works relatively in favour of people and of the promises by the party that said in the manifesto) that are actually reaching people without any loopholes, instead of larger corporations. We are crawling between our needs and the ever-growing demands, but the author illustrates how the “Idea of India” looks like. And most importantly how do the state acts as an intermediary.
