don't expect the good taste but expect the the good result i think soo
i rate three star not that means products is not effect because its my first time taking this product hence no good taste as you expected but may due to unflavored I'm choosing this might be mix some fruit shake to enhance your taste, and for the effect i don't have i right now just yesterday night i try half scoop with 150ml of cold water
