Very tough material good for elderly

The wheelchair is good but the seat quality is not so great. We received the seat cover with a broken hinge. The seat also after a few months of use has wear and tear. Amazon was great to refund the cost because it cannot be returned.

I am very much happy with this product. As my father is a dimensia patient. So it is very difficult for us to carry him from the bed to the bathroom. Also the space is very less between the bed and the almirah. But this product has relieved my problems to a great extent. As it's wheels are easily movable and it is light to handle. So it has been of great help to me for my dad. Now I can easily carry him to bathroom. Wash him and bring him out. Thanks 🙏 for making this product.

Very poor material. Any mishap, the seller should be sued. I bought it just a week before, now the hind wheel is not rotating properly, which causes jam and sudden break when moving the patient. There is no proper testing done. How to contact the seller for a wheel replacement?

With exposure (any) to moisture the wheels will rust out after a few months. We know, having bought several of these over the past 7 years. The rest of the chairs have still looked brand new, but have to be thrown out because the wheels freeze up and rot. Fair price but if the makers would simply rust-proof the wheels, or make the wheels out of plastic instead of untreated metal, they would have a better reputation and more customers.

Product Design looks good also arrived in good condition on time also serves its purpose temporarily, However product quality did not meet my expectations for the price, The plastic and steel used in making this toilet chair is very light in weight and looks easily wearable thus reducing the longevity of the product. The nature of this commode chair is to undergo water cleaning on daily basis so when exposed to water the steel gets corroded with rust and there are higher chances the chair legs might break sooner than expected.

This is used to carry 91 year old person to bathroom for all purposes. But if the lid is not fixed.properly it will be difficult to sit without backrest. This is actually.a backrest So pl.replace this item only or return the whole items.
