Mic issue after 5 months
Update: This seller EKSA UAE provided excellent service, I don't see any warranty so I have reached out to seller regarding mic issue, they provided some troubleshooting steps when nothing worked. They actually sent a new headset. Has excellent audio focused mic and sound is good. But now mic is not working after 5 months usage.

I had an issue with my EKSA headphones where they suddenly stopped producing sound. Thankfully, they were still under warranty. She was extremely helpful, responsive & professional throughout the process. Alice guided me & ensured a smooth, hassle-free replacement. I received the new headphones without any delays. Fantastic product. Was not familiar with this brand and so I was sceptical of quality and functionality. Turns out it is great quality, and very nice sound. No hesitation to give a huge thumbs up.

This pair of Headphones is must for any gamer. I'm a PC gamer and tried those on and boy the sound and clarity couldn't be any better. These deliver a top notch gaming experience with their amazing sound system which you could hear literally every single detail in the game. Very comfortable as well as I tend to play for 2+ hours which doesn't hurt the ears at all. Great thing when they come with sided mic which comes handy if you're a streamer or muti player gamer. The build quality is great considering the price offered and comparing to other branded headphones i would say those are superior. I don't understand why would someone pay over a 100$ on branded set when you can simply have these. Currently using them for listing to music as well but i would suggest keeping them for gaming. Pretty sure console gamers would have the same positive experience.
