This is the best juicer I've ever bought. I bought it refurbished and ended up returning it because it makes a clunking noise, but had it been in tip top shape, I would have kept it as it's the best out there. It takes a bit to clean, but it squeezes the veggies down to a dry pulp.The refurbished units are a good deal here on Amazon, and I'll order another one when we get back from holidays (if they have any refurbished units available).As a side note, I had a difficult time getting my money back from Amazon. It took forever. Normally Amazon is quick with putting the money back on one's card, but not this time. That was a disappointment & I hope it's not a sign of the future. I notice that many items are not coming 2nd day any longer (Prime customers) and can take a week to get here.Again, I hope it's not sign of what is coming from Amazon.

Machine is ok, biggest issue on button will not stay on

After doing extensive research on this juicer i was disappointed. They said that this juicer was to have very low pulp in the juice but that wasn't the case for me. This juicer had a lot of pulp in the juice and to try and strain was a pain. Also the cleaning. Cleaning the machine horrible. A lot of nook and crannies to clean, just isnt worth it to me. I returned the juicer and will be looking for something else.

At first Amazon sent us the wrong juicer (a vertical juicer from the same brand, about the same price). We were able to use it for about 3 weeks before amazon sent us the right one so we had a bit of a comparison going on. My mom was adamant about getting this juicer, she's really into juicing and health and all that. Said this one was the best based on some youtube videos, and I believe her. This thing is miles ahead of the vertical juicer. The pulp that comes out is practically dry vs that of the old vertical juicer, which even after reinserting the pulp back into the machine for another juicing it STILL came out wet. Doesn't even compare.We haven't tried all the attachments yet so no comment on that. Our only complaint is how messy the cleanup is. The other juicer was the same way, but because of how many parts this juicer has, it makes the cleanup process very time consuming in comparison. Many more crevices to get in and scrub clean. I guess that's the price you pay. My mom doesn't mind it because she's so into juicing, it's like a ritual to her. Just be warned.Whats more, the red rubber ring on the part closest to the main body of the juicer doesn't do much in terms of stopping the juice from making a mess on the machine and counter top. It doesn't spill a massive amount of juice/pulp mind you, but we do need to clean it very thoroughly to make sure no pulp is left behind on the machine, which further complicates the cleanup process. I help my mom juice sometimes and that part is a real pain.

I love my juicer. I did research. Talked to someone who has one of these. I bought refurbished. I was told (by someone that owns refurbished) that refurbished is good because it has been repaired and tested and would be in good working order. And the price with refurbished was much better than new. It is very good, heavy duty and not difficult to use when you learn how to assemble and disassemble. I learned about the benefits of how this machine works (as opposed to other types). I recommend a large plastic container for storing your accessories that come with it. My refurbished juicer came with all the accessories.

Even though this item was used, it arrived as if it were in absolutely new condition.I use it every day to make Fresh organic celery juice. This celery juice recipe also includes cilantro, ginger root, turmeric root, cucumber, and lemon.I have juice just about every vegetable I can find. Even sweet potatoes.It works wonderfully for vegetables, but I do not recommend using this as a fruit juicer. Although, I have had good success in using lemon in my celery juice, as long as I can run a fibrous vegetable behind the lemon.I have owned this juicer for almost 3 months. I have no complI am on this juicer for almost 3 months. I have no complaints. I have Started to hear a cyclic vibrational sound. But this sound only occurs when the machine is under heavy load with a hopper full of vegetables.The masticating gears on this juicer are all stainless steel and additionally, have what reminds me of timing marks on an engine. Two dots over one gear And one docked over the opposing year. Put these two dots so they lineup, and you are guaranteed the teeth will always be on the same mating surface.I do not Know what “easy to clean” means in the ratings. However, after juicing, I can clean the entire machine in about three minutes.As I am leaving this review while commuting, I will add photos later. Stay tuned.

Wonderful juicer in perfect condition. The instruction book lost its color, maybe it was used as a demonstrating model somewhere. That's pretty much it. So glad I went for the refurbished one!
